5. See the widget appear at the right side of the screen and pin it if necessary.

6. Select one of the suggested options: request an analysis of the customer intent or a summary of the dialogue with the customer.

- Check email and confirm the registration.
- Open your help desk account.
- Check the widget to appear at the right side of the window, pin it if necessary.
- Click one of the suggested options: analyze customer sentiment or request summary of the dialogue with a customer.
